- Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic information.
- Conduct various land surveys such as relocation, topographic, etc.
- Coordination with the contractors regarding site concerns
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review submitted plans and specifications versus initial plans for projects.
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, fieldwork monitoring, and data processing activities.
Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours, or other features of land surfaces.
Inspect work for adherence to plans and specifications and provisions of the contract.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor department head.
Experienced in Land Development and Mass Housing Construction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed;
With at least 3-5 years of valued Quantity Surveying experience;
Preferably with work experience from a real estate company;
Knowledgeable in Cost estimation, Quantity Take off, Evaluation and Processing of billing, payables, variation/change orders for vertical (Midrise and High-rise) and Horizontal (Housing and Land development) projects;
Proficient in plan evaluation & interpretation;
With experience in procurement process, supplier and contractor sourcing; and
With understanding and exposure on Contract Management.
