PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for handling and reviewing overall civil / land development engineering studies and engineering design from raw land to turnover by civil works contractor (office based).

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare a technical evaluation of site for possible raw land acquisition;
2. Prepare and handle contracts of planning and engineering consultancies;
3. Coordinate, review and evaluate pre-engineering studies;
4. Coordinate, review evaluate and analyze plans made by all consultants;
5. Check and evaluate if the works of land development contractor conforms to the design;
6. Provide technical requirements necessary for LGU permits and utility providers; and
7. Assist on the works of Department head

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of Civil Engineer, preferably licensed;
2. At least 5-year experience in land development and housing design;
3. Knows how to use Autocad and MS office;
4. With knowledge of how to use Civil 3D has an advantage;
5. Knows how to estimate engineering plans; and
6. Willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City.
