Oversee all engineering-related design on both R Land horizontal/Vertical projects.
Prepare a technical evaluation for raw land as inputs for marketing and project development feasibility studies.
Identify, prepare budget and create scope of works that will be needed for Pre-Planning and Formal Planning stage of each Project.
Coordinate. review and evaluate per-engineering studies such as hydrology report, Geo technical study, Geo resistivity study, site infrastructure and traffic impact assessment.
Coordinate, review evaluate and analyze engineering plans made by planning and Engineering consultants.
Provide standard engineering details that can be used for each project.
Review and respond Request of Information (Rf Is) and Request for Approval (Rf As) by site.
Check Review and comment on the work of contractor with respect to projects design & specifications

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide efficient site development plan for the project.
Provide code compliant subdivision and engineering plans.
Manages the construction cost by doing value engineering to meet project budget interpret the technical description for raw land/subdivided lots.
Provide accurate verified surveys returns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Equivalent.
Minimum of 5years of Experience in Site Development Design, Site Engineering, Engineering Design (grading, road, water distribution, sewer & drainage system, STP) and MEPFS for housing Design.
Familiar with building and subdivision codes, (National building code, PD 957, BP220)
Can able to plot and analyze Lot and Technical Description necessary for titling and raw land evaluation.
Must know how to use Auto Cad, Civil 3D and MS Application.
Can Interpret engineering studies such as Hydrology Study, Geo technical Study Geo resistivity Study, Traffic Impact Assessment and other related engineering studies. Required for the project.
