MARKETING AND ADMIN OFFICER
Quezon CityPURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Responsible for providing day to day administrative, operational and marketing assistance for the team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with developing and creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Manages schedules, coordinates with the Marketing team for calendar updates and ensures that all events and project deadlines are being met by the group
- Handles all the contracts and permits of the Marketing team including but not limited to projects DHSUD mandatories and ASC requirements
- Responsible for implementing / maintaining marketing office tasks, Marketing collateral inventory and database, documentation and processing of payments
- Able to create and process internal and external memos
- Support the Marketing Team during events, project launches, and other Marketing activities as directed
- Assist with other related clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as required by the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing, Mass Communication or any related course
- Preferably at least I year marketing / administrative experience
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- Required Skills:
- With good communication skills (oral and written)
- Can multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to prepare reports
- Literacy in MS office applications (word, excel, power point)
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
