PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

Quezon City
Purpose and Scope:

The Project Development Assistant will play an active role in all phases of project development from land acquisition, project conceptualization, planning, execution, and turnover. He/She will be part of the group that will oversee the project in coordination with various internal business units from Sales and Marketing, Finance, Planning and Design and Property Management.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
  1. Planning and Conceptualization Phase. 
  2. Conducts market research and competitor study. 
  3. Supports PD Manager in project conceptualization and establishment of project parameters. 
  4. Provides inputs to the project designs and deliverable. 
  5. Preparation and monitoring of project budget. Implementation Phase 
  6. Collects reports that monitors construction schedule and budget. 
  7. Conducts training/orientation about the project to in-house sellers and accredited brokers. 
  8. Coordinates with various government offices for the acquisition of permits and licenses. 
  9. Updates project inventory on a regular basis. 
  10. Compute for NPV variances and recommend to management acceptable options to facilitate sales. Turnover Phase 
  11. Monitors turnover and acceptance of buyers.
  12. Provide assistance to Property Management and Sales Admin to address buyers' concerns. Others 
  13. Ensures that Master Deed, applicable fees and other guidelines are well-defined. 
  14. Assists the Property Management department in their start-up operations
Qualifications:
  1. College graduate of Business Management, Finance, Management, Economics, or any related course. 
  2. With at least 1 year experience in project development and business development in a real estate setting. 
  3. Fresh graduates with good scholastic performance are welcome to apply.
  4. Proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning. 
  5. Must be highly analytical, fast learner, results-driven, and organized.
  6. Excellent coordination skills with respective stakeholders of the project. 
  7. Good communication, presentation and organizational skills. 
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point.
