Brokers Accreditation

General Requirements:

1. Photocopy of PRC Broker’s License (latest/ back to back)
2. Photocopy of PRC Certificate of Registration
3. Photocopy of the HLURB Registration (if any) 
4. Photocopy of AMLC Certificate of Registration 
5. 2 pcs ID picture (1X1), white background; 
6. Duly signed Broker Accreditation Agreement (to be signed upon submission of requirements; and
7. Completely filled-out Broker Accreditation Form (refer to attached file)
8. Photocopy of Official Receipt

Other Requirements
(For Corporation):

•  Board resolution authorizing a representative to apply for accreditation from the company & appointing 
   a representative to get checks and transact with R Land Development, Inc.; 
• Photocopy of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws; and
• Photocopy of current GIS received by SEC

Other Requirements
(For Partnership):

• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration of Partnership with SEC; and
• Photocopy of Articles of Partnership with SEC

Other Requirements
(For Sole Proprietorship):

• Photocopy of DTI Business Name Registration (if any)
• Photocopy of Business Permit
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Certificate of BIR Registration
