Responsible for comprehensive inventory tracking of all incoming and outgoing materials on-site, ensuring accurate issuance of materials to contractors, and maintaining the safekeeping of materials on-site.

Responsible for site upkeep, minor electrical and plumbing work, and utility support to ensure units are well-maintained.

Generally responsible for onsite day to day operations of all Property Management personnel.

Provides administrative, project coordination, budgeting, and reporting support to the Assistant Vice President for efficient real estate operations.

Provides technical and administrative support in construction operations through site documentation, reporting, coordination, and assistance with basic engineering and project activities.

Assists in administrative and documentation tasks including record management, client coordination, account monitoring, and preparation of sales and loan-related documents.

Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across the real estate lifecycle while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution, accurate documentation, and positive customer experience.
