Responsible for creating designs for various corporate and project-based marketing and sales collaterals.

Responsible for producing contents and write ups for the company and its different projects. He/she uses words and narratives to clearly communicate R Land's messages to its target audience and written in a tone suitable for the company's brand and style.

Responsible for providing day to day administrative, operational and marketing assistance for the team.

Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.

Responsible for over-all marketing related activities of the project — events, traditional and digital initiatives, public relations and research.

Responsible for over-all supervision of all sales administration staff on Project Site as well as the day-to-day operations of the Project Site Sales Office.

Responsible for over-all administrative and clerical tasks as well as coordination and engagement with Project Clients / Buyers conducted at Project Site Sales Office.

Responsible in performing regular housekeeping duties and will act as internal and external liaison personnel as assigned by the head/coordinator. Performs all janitorial and housekeeping duties. Responsible in doing the all the foot works and/or transmittal of necessary documents to employees, clients, banks, other related agencies, stores and facilities.
