Responsible for over-all administrative and clerical tasks as well as coordination and engagement with Project Clients / Buyers conducted at Project Site Sales Office.

Responsible in overseeing and evaluating engineering designs prepared by consultants, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects, including site monitoring, inspection, and coordination with contractors to address site concerns.

Assists PMD in project site operations, homeowner concerns, documentation, inspections, turnovers, billing, maintenance, permits, and reports.

Manages document processing and follow-ups with RD, BIR, and Assessor's Office for annotations, TIN verification, and tax declarations.
