Generally responsible for onsite day to day operations of all Property Management personnel.

Responsible for overall site maintenance ensuring the preservation and quality of all facilities and utilities situated on the Project Site. Responsible in doing the all the foot works and/or transmittal of necessary documents to employees, clients, banks, other related agencies, stores and facilities.

Responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, equipment and inventory clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure.

Responsible for over-all administrative and clerical tasks as well as coordination and engagement with Project Clients / Buyers conducted at Project Site Sales Office.

Responsible in doing the all the foot works and/or transmittal of necessary documents to employees, clients, banks, other related agencies, stores and facilities.
