In his speech, Mayor Africa praised property developers' dedication to improving the lives of all Batangueños. The Batangas House Expo 2024 has advanced as a major event that brings together property developers, contractors, and industry players. The expo, which was organized in collaboration with Lipa and Batangas Provincial local government units, not only intends to display the best housing solutions and technology in Batangas, but it also demonstrates a commitment to responsible and community-centered development practices.
The expo showed a broad perspective of Batangas, highlighting its strategic location, suburban green living and spacious area, thriving and progressive city, cool climate and rich local culture and cuisine.
The objectives of the Housing Expo are:

- To contribute to community welfare by donating a portion of the proceeds to the Taal Volcano Housing Project.
