R Land Development Inc. proudly participated in the CREBA National Convention and Housing Expo held at the SMX Convention Center last September 26-28, 2023.
This event marked a significant milestone as the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders' Associations, Inc. (CREBA) celebrated its 50th Golden Jubilee.
Founded in 1973, CREBA, is the largest umbrella organization in the Philippine real estate and housing sector. Over the years, the organization's vision, "A Home for Every Filipino," has driven its efforts to address the housing issues in the country. This year's convention, gathered stakeholders in the industry, who aimed to define the future of Philippine property and infrastructure development.

The convention was participated by lawmakers, key shelter agency heads, government officials, and industry experts. It was sponsored by leading firms across various sectors, demonstrating their commitment to CREBA's vision of providing homes for all Filipinos.
R Land proudly served as a Gold Sponsor and actively participated in the CREBA Housing Fair & Trade Exhibits. During the event, R Land showcased its flagship project, Arcoe Residences in Lipa City, Batangas, on September 27. Booth 85, welcomed visitors, where they had the chance to learn more about the project. Sales agents were present to answer inquiries and provide information.
The convention was divided into three thematic days:
Day 1: "Unlocking Investments: Real Estate Development and Affordable Home Financing"
Day 2: "Building the Future: Infrastructure Innovations and Green Building"
Day 3: "Sustainable Development: Global Best Practices & Solutions"
The convention included a series of free seminars tailored to address the housing needs of various sectors such as overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), seafarers, teachers, employees, and uniformed personnel. Furthermore, for real estate brokers and salespersons, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and accreditation opportunities were provided.
Visitors to the expo also enjoyed freebies, promos, and discounts, making it an interactive experience for all.
CREBA's 50th National Convention and Housing Expo, supported by organizations like R Land, not only celebrated its rich history but also paved the way for a brighter future. This shows the industry’s commitment to address the housing needs of the Filipino people and provide innovative solutions and sustainable developments in the years to come.
