SALES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Lipa City, Batangas
Purpose and scope:

Responsible for overall administrative and clerical tasks as well as coordination and engagement with Project Clients/Buyers conducted at Project Site Sales Office.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Act as front line on Project Site Sales Office;
  2. Responsible for all Buyers Engagements and Communications conducted at Project Site Sales Office;
  3. Relays Buyers concerns to concerned departments and vice versa;
  4. Receives, Record and Verifies documents submitted by Buyers such as;

    Accomplished Letter of Intent (LOI), Minimum Booking Requirements, and other Sales forms before endorsement to concerned departments:

  5. Handles and facilitates any changes in buyer account (only until Reservation Period)
  6. Documents all sales transactions conducted at Project Site:
  7. Coordinates with Buyers for HMDF Documentary Requirements;
  8. Prepare documentary requirements for Meralco Application, Unit Checking and Unit Turn-Over /Move-in:
  9. Assists buyers in signing sales documents and forms (e.g. Contract-To-Sell, Purchase Agreement Forms, among others)
  10. Assists in the implementation and documentation of results of all sales activities.
  11. Facilitates turn-over of unit key and kit to Buyers.
  12. Generate daily and weekly reports for accurate sales recording and tracking.
  13. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace at all times.
  14. Dress professionally and in accordance with company's dress code and
  15. Perform other task as may be given by management.
Qualifications:
  1. College graduate or preferably with degree in Human Resources and Administration Management, Marketing, Communications and other related courses;
  2. Preferably with knowledge and at least 3-5 years' experience in administrative and clerical functions;
  3. With effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals;
  4. Preferably with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills; and
  5. Able to effectively and timely perform tasks with minimal supervision.
