Property Management - Maintenance

Lipa City, Batangas

Job Purpose

This role reports to the Property Management Supervisor and is responsible for the overall maintenance, cleaning, and unit repairs to ensure an attractive and organize project. This includes performing grass cutting and clearing, and provides assistance to other departments.

The role is also responsible for the electrical and water utilities, its equipment and its upkeep. Key responsibilities include installation of electric and water meter, Water connection and disconnection, meter readings, and distribution of billings to home owners.


Duties and Responsibilities


  1. Site Maintenance:

1.1 Performs grass cutting to ensure all open areas and units are well preserved.

1.2 Conducts unit repairs to make sure all our units are well prepared before turnover.

1.3 Performs the cleaning and other property maintenance services to ensure units are maintained in optimal condition.

1.4 Distributes billings and other documents to homeowners to ensure all documents and billings are properly distributed.


  1. Electrical Knowledge:

    2.1 Conducts minimal repair to electrical lines and other equipment to ensure no concerns prior turnover.

2.2 Installs metabases of homeowners to help them with their electrical connection.  

 

  1. Plumbing Knowledge:

2.1 Conducts the timely and accurate reading of all homeowner water meters to ensure no delays in the billing process of our team.

2.2 Installs water meters of homeowners to help them with their water connection.  

2.3 Regularly cleans and monitors the elevated water tanks to ensure clean and safe water being used by the project.

2.4 Performs water disconnection and reconnection to homeowners with billing concerns.

2.5 Repairs drainage, water pipes, and leaks to immediately address all minor concerns.

Job Requirements

At least High school graduate;

Able to efficiently accomplish tasks with minimal supervision;

With good customer-service skills;

Trustworthy, punctual and reliable.
