The Construction Management Intern will provide technical and administrative support to the construction operations. This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to site activities, documentation, and basic engineering processes under the supervision of licensed engineers.

1. Support site engineers in documentation and reporting
2. Help prepare basic reports, site logs, and progress updates, including taking progress photos and tracking work accomplishments
3. Assist in quantity take-offs and simple field measurements
4. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers as instructed
5. Observe safety procedures and company policies at all times
6. Perform other tasks related to construction operations as assigned
7. Assist in document filing and records on site. Help organize, file, and maintain construction documents such as plans, permits, and reports
8. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related course
2. Willing to learn and work on-site and in the office
3. Basic knowledge of construction drawings and terms is an advantage
4. Good communication and organizational skills
5. Can work well with a team and follow instructions
