SALES DOCUMENTATION INTERN(FOR HEAD OFFICE)
Quezon CityJob Purpose
To provide administrative and operational support to the department while gaining hands-on experience in coordinating with stakeholders such as brokers, agents, buyers, HDMF, and banks. The intern will assist in the timely preparation, submission, and processing of documentation requirements.
To support the maintenance of accurate records and proper documentation of buyers’ accounts, while learning and contributing to the department’s day-to-day operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently taking BS Business Administration, Finance, Office Administration or any related course.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, hardworking, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and careful in encoding and document preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with the sales team and clients regarding documentary requirements.
- Help verify and encode buyers’ information to maintain accurate records.
- Support the preparation and organization of loan folders and contracts for review.
- Assist in monitoring account statuses and tracking pending requirements.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Provide support in preparing reports and materials for department meetings.
