SALES DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
Lipa City, BatangasPurpose and Scope:
A Sales Documentation Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining all sales-related documents and records. Their key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and organizing sales contracts, agreements, and proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale and other documents to be signed by the buyers.
- Review and evaluate completeness of buyer folders prior to submission to Pag-I big Fund or Bank for takeout.
- Monitor and facilitate annotation and status of conversation/transfer of title.
- Monitor payment of buyers and update buyer ledger on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- At least College Graduate any course.
- Preferably with similar experience gained from a real estate developer at least 5 years.
