SALES DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

Purpose and Scope:

A Sales Documentation Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining all sales-related documents and records. Their key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and organizing sales contracts, agreements, and proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and review Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale and other documents to be signed by the buyers.
  2. Review and evaluate completeness of buyer folders prior to submission to Pag-I big Fund or Bank for takeout.
  3. Monitor and facilitate annotation and status of conversation/transfer of title.
  4. Monitor payment of buyers and update buyer ledger on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:
  1. At least College Graduate any course.
  2. Preferably with similar experience gained from a real estate developer at least 5 years.
