PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Quezon CityPURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Project Development Supervisor will play an active role in all phases of project development from land acquisition, project conceptualization, planning, permits, execution and turnover. He/she will be part of the group that will oversee the project in coordination with various internal business units such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Planning and Design, and Property Management.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Project Planning
- Conducts financial modelling and feasibility study of prospective property development projects
- Custodian and implementer of project financials
- Shall set project master schedule for prospective projects
- Shall lead a project team composed of members from different functional groups to ensure project schedule and P&L compliance
- Shall conduct intensive market feasibility and competitor's scan from time to time.
B. Project Implementation
- Close monitoring of project inventory and development progress
- Set and attend meetings and trainings with sellers and brokers as needed
- Attend design and construction meetings
- Monitor construction status of units and land development
- Coordinate with various government offices for the acquisition of permits and licenses
C. Project Turnover
- Monitors turnover of units to buyers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business related course: Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- Preferably has 5 years of experience in Real Estate specializing in Project Development or equivalent.
- Experienced in Property Development
- Good communication skills, advanced presentation skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, financial analysis skills, advanced knowledge in
- MS Word and Excel.
- Can multi-task and work independently.
