PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Project Development Supervisor will play an active role in all phases of project development from land acquisition, project conceptualization, planning, permits, execution and turnover. He/she will be part of the group that will oversee the project in coordination with various internal business units such as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Planning and Design, and Property Management.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Project Planning

1. Conducts financial modelling and feasibility study of prospective property development projects
2. Custodian and implementer of project financials
3. Shall set project master schedule for prospective projects
4. Shall lead a project team composed of members from different functional groups to ensure project schedule and P&L compliance
5. Shall conduct intensive market feasibility and competitor's scan from time to time.

B. Project Implementation

1. Close monitoring of project inventory and development progress
2. Set and attend meetings and trainings with sellers and brokers as needed
3. Attend design and construction meetings
4. Monitor construction status of units and land development
5. Coordinate with various government offices for the acquisition of permits and licenses

C. Project Turnover

1. Monitors turnover of units to buyers

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any business related course: Business Administration, Finance, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
2. Preferably has 5 years of experience in Real Estate specializing in Project Development or equivalent.
3. Experienced in Property Development
4. Good communication skills, advanced presentation skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, financial analysis skills, advanced knowledge in
5. MS Word and Excel.
6. Can multi-task and work independently.
