SALES CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

Quezon City
Purpose:

Responsible for over-all management of inquiries addressed to the Company and its Projects across all online and offline messaging platforms.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Manages all online messaging platforms of the Company and its Projects
  2. Regularly checks, records and monitors inquiries received through company website, company emails, project social media accounts and phone inquiries.
  3. Manages large amounts of incoming phone calls
  4. Generate sales leads
  5. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications:
  7. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  8. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and inquiry handling quotas
  9. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  10. Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
  11. Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
  12. Coordinates inquiries with the concerned department, monitors progress of inquiry resolution and communicates feedback to the source of inquiry
  13. Creates regular reports and tracks status of inquiries to direct supervisor and or concerned personnel
  14. Takes the extra mile to engage customers
  15. Performs administrative works in the course of the job.
  16. Performs all other tasks as may be given by Management and
  17. Reports to the Sales Manager or Sales Director for any concerns that require Management decision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. College graduate or preferably with degree in Business Management, Marketing Communications, AB Communications, and other related courses.
  2. With at least 2years experience in customer servicing as well as administrative and clerical functions.
  3. With knowledge and experience handling various social media accounts
  4. With effective and proficient verbal and written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
  5. Preferably with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
  7. Has strong problem-solving skills
  8. Strong phone, messaging and email contact handling skills and active listening
  9. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  10. Able to calmly handle stressful situation
  11. Able to effectively and timely perform tasks with minimal supervision and 
  12. Computer savvy.
