SALES CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Quezon CityPurpose:
Responsible for over-all management of inquiries addressed to the Company and its Projects across all online and offline messaging platforms.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all online messaging platforms of the Company and its Projects
- Regularly checks, records and monitors inquiries received through company website, company emails, project social media accounts and phone inquiries.
- Manages large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications:
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and inquiry handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies
- Coordinates inquiries with the concerned department, monitors progress of inquiry resolution and communicates feedback to the source of inquiry
- Creates regular reports and tracks status of inquiries to direct supervisor and or concerned personnel
- Takes the extra mile to engage customers
- Performs administrative works in the course of the job.
- Performs all other tasks as may be given by Management and
- Reports to the Sales Manager or Sales Director for any concerns that require Management decision.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate or preferably with degree in Business Management, Marketing Communications, AB Communications, and other related courses.
- With at least 2years experience in customer servicing as well as administrative and clerical functions.
- With knowledge and experience handling various social media accounts
- With effective and proficient verbal and written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Preferably with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
- Has strong problem-solving skills
- Strong phone, messaging and email contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Able to calmly handle stressful situation
- Able to effectively and timely perform tasks with minimal supervision and
- Computer savvy.
