SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review submitted plans and specifications versus initial plans for projects.
2. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, field work monitoring, and data processing activities.
3. Monitors the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved. 
4. Inspect work for adherence to plans and specifications and provisions of the contract.
5. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor or department head.
7. Experienced in Land Development and Mass Housing Construction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Licensed Civil Engineer
